This Cancellation and Refund Policy shall apply to any cancellation of subscription of the The Bharat Easy Pos Products and applicable refunds. The Bharat Easy Pos shall not entertain any refund requests if cancellation of subscription is in violation of this policy or its Terms of Service or if The Bharat Easy Pos terminates the User account for violation of its Terms of Service.
A User may cancel their subscription at any time if they are not satisfied with the product or service. However, The Bharat Easy Pos will be liable to refund the subscription consideration only during the “Refund Period”, as mentioned below:

All requests for cancellation of subscription and refund should be raised only via the customer support helpline provided by The Bharat Easy Pos. Requests raised through any other mode will not be considered.
The Bharat Easy Pos has arrangements with banks, affiliates, payment gateways, and financial service providers for processing refunds (“Service Providers”). Refunds are usually processed within 20 working days but timelines may vary based on Service Providers. Users must provide required details (e.g., bank account, branch details, UPI, IFSC codes). The Bharat Easy Pos may deduct applicable fees, bank charges, or expenses for processing refunds.
Exceptions: This policy does not apply to Users who purchase subscriptions (A) using referral codes/links; or (B) through EMI/no-cost EMI plans by third-party providers. Such Users are not eligible for refunds. By using such EMI facilities, the User agrees to this no-refund policy.
